Check In And Check Out Times
Check-in begins at 4 p.m., and check-out time is 11 am.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival (4 p.m.); one night’s charges may apply for failure to do so. Guests with multiple-day stays who depart early from a confirmed reservation without 24-hour notice may be charged a $50 early departure fee.
Taxes & Fees
Reservations are subject to the local and state taxes and applicable fees.
Minimum Age
The minimum age for guests renting a room is 21 years of age.
Guarantee
A major credit card is required to hold your reservation, and you must provide a payment method upon check-in. Credit cards provided at the time of reservation will be authorized on the day of your arrival.
Smoking
Hotel Sylvia is a 100% non-smoking property. Failure to follow this policy may result in a charge of $250.
Children
Hotel Sylvia welcomes children ages 12 and up.
Pets
At Hotel Sylvia, we offer a selection of dog-friendly rooms on the first floor so you and your canine companion can enjoy your stay at Nye Beach together. You can choose from our pet friendly dog-friendly rooms, and we will ensure that your accommodation is equipped with dog treats, a dog bed, bowls, and pet towels, all ready for your arrival. We welcome small to medium-sized dogs at Hotel Sylvia; however, aggressive breeds, dogs with difficult dispositions are not allowed.
Hotel Sylvia Pet Policy
- When traveling with your dog, you must reserve “dog friendly” rooms. Undeclared dogs not reported at time of check-in are subject to a $250 non-refundable fee.
- Owners agree to pay a $35 fee, per night. There is a one dog limit.
- Pet owners agree to not leave their dog unattended at any time during their stay; which includes both guest rooms and private vehicles. Unattended pets will be subject to a $50 non-refundable fee.
- Pet owners may be asked to vacate the property if their dog becomes a nuisance to other guests.
- Owners agree to keep their pets on a leash in all public or common areas of the property. Dogs may never be left alone in a guestroom.
